Our Story
PT Rancang Nusantara Teknologi was founded with a singular vision: to modernize how property developers in Indonesia manage their financial operations. We saw an industry still reliant on spreadsheets, manual WhatsApp follow-ups, and fragmented buyer data — and we knew technology could do better. BayarTepat was born from that conviction.
We exist to automate installment tracking, eliminate manual follow-ups, and give property finance teams their time back. Every feature we build — from daily WhatsApp reminders to automated penalty calculations to weekly PDF reports — is designed to reduce admin overhead and give management the clarity they need to make data-driven decisions.
